The servants are hunted down because they would not join together with the other 6 or 7 true high priest servants, and during this hunting phase the destructions have occurred. It is not necessarilly that they would not join with the 6 or 7, but that they would not join with each other, or anyone. And of course, if they would join together with each other, they would not have a problem joining with the 6 or 7 either. Then with the dawn of a new day, these 6 or 7 true high priests, spread out across the earth like a web where the Lords work continues. After the Lords work continues after the destructions, are these next group of people who are found and taught and brought to the marriage feast, also part of the 144,000? The 144,000 are those who are perfectly united, not only with each other, but with God! Chapter 7 of the Book of Revelation makes it clear where the 144,000 come out from. Can we use the Book of Revelation as a reliable source for these truths? The Book of Revelations needed only a small amount of correction. Joseph Smith did correct it.

Thank-you Joseph for answering these questions. In your remarks: “It is not necessarilly that they would not join with the 6 or 7, but that they would not join with each other, or anyone. And of course, if they would join together with each other, they would not have a problem joining with the 6 or 7 either.”
When you say ‘join’ together, I imagine this means that they live together, on the same property for protection, and they pool their resources together, to help each other and the poor, eat together, combine their spiritual gifts together, etc?
This way they can become ‘one heart’. Is this what the Lord means when He says He wants the servants to join together? It would not suffice for the servants to live blocks away, or across town from each other, or in separate cities?
And if they joined with each other; you’re right, then they would not have a problem joining with the 6 or 7 true high priest servants.

Just a couple more question thoughts on this, please: “The 144,000 are those who are perfectly united, not only with each other, but with God!”
Is the 144,000, a symbolic number for the large number of righteous servants who will be found across the earth, after the destructions?
Also, these righteous servants who are perfectly united, not only with each other, but with God, will make them Zion and the Family of God, or Kingdom of God. That is very encouraging to me.
And one more thing, please: These first servants who were found before the destructions who would not join together, and who were hunted and destroyed in various ways, now lost; were they also part of the 144,000?

Yes, of course! Twelve is the number of perfect unity. Like when we use the phrase: Multiply that by a thousand! It is like saying: Twelve thousand percent. As when the Lord said: 7 times 70! No. The 144,000 are the ones who live in unity perfectly. The servants had the potential, but did not choose perfect unity. So, they chose darkness, rather than light.

Oh wow! Thank-you so much. I love that there will be so many righteous upon the earth!
Then the time will come when Enoch’s City will come forth. I can’t wait for that day. For many years I’ve turned to Moses to read this beautiful account for comfort, I still read and relax a sigh within, and imagine just how glorious it will be to fall upon their necks and kiss Enoch and his people!!
60 And the Lord said unto Enoch: As I live, even so will I come in the last days, in the days of wickedness and vengeance, to fulfil the oath which I have made unto you concerning the children of Noah;
61 And the day shall come that the earth shall rest, but before that day the heavens shall be darkened, and a veil of darkness shall cover the earth; and the heavens shall shake, and also the earth; and great tribulations shall be among the children of men, but my people will I preserve;
62 And righteousness will I send down out of heaven; and truth will I send forth out of the earth, to bear testimony of mine Only Begotten; his resurrection from the dead; yea, and also the resurrection of all men; and righteousness and truth will I cause to sweep the earth as with a flood, to gather out mine elect from the four quarters of the earth, unto a place which I shall prepare, an Holy City, that my people may gird up their loins, and be looking forth for the time of my coming; for there shall be my tabernacle, and it shall be called Zion, a New Jerusalem.
63 And the Lord said unto Enoch: Then shalt thou and all thy city meet them there, and we will receive them into our bosom, and they shall see us; and we will fall upon their necks, and they shall fall upon our necks, and we will kiss each other;
64 And there shall be mine abode, and it shall be Zion, which shall come forth out of all the creations which I have made; and for the space of a thousand years the earth shall rest.
65 And it came to pass that Enoch saw the day of the coming of the Son of Man, in the last days, to dwell on the earth in righteousness for the space of a thousand years;
66 But before that day he saw great tribulations among the wicked; and he also saw the sea, that it was troubled, and men’s hearts failing them, looking forth with fear for the judgments of the Almighty God, which should come upon the wicked.
67 And the Lord showed Enoch all things, even unto the end of the world; and he saw the day of the righteous, the hour of their redemption, and received a fulness of joy;
68 And all the days of Zion, in the days of Enoch, were three hundred and sixty-five years.
69 And Enoch and all his people walked with God, and he dwelt in the midst of Zion; and it came to pass that Zion was not, for God received it up into his own bosom; and from thence went forth the saying, Zion is Fled.

I wanted to post this from Joseph Smith, but I forget the reference:It certainly goes along with the vision I was shown.

I see that this all will happen. There is no doubt in my mind. Many things are already in motion.
