Power Over Unclean Spirits

And the Seventy returned again with joy, saying: Lord, even the devils are subject to us through Thy name. And He said unto them: As lightning falleth from Heaven, I beheld Satan also falling.

We were in church for an evening prayer meeting. And at the end of the meeting, a man came into the church carrying his daughter in his arms. His child was about 6 years old, and dressed in what looked to be a diaper, and a loose shirt (I cannot remember exactly what she was wearing, only that it seemed to me that she seemed to be dressed more as a baby would be dressed, instead of a girl her age.) The child was possessed by a spirit of a devil that would just sit there, or would lash out terribly. The father said that the child would not eat and would not sleep, which was apparent from how horribly skinny the child was, for she looked like a skeleton with skin. The parents had taken the child to doctors, and healers of all sorts, until they had heard about the healings that happened at our church.

In front of the church, when they first tried to administer to the child, the devil screamed out bloodthirsty cries, and with the strength of an adult, the child tore at the dad and others, who desperately struggled to hold the beloved child. It was an unreal scene as if from a horror movie. Then one of the 70 apostles of the Lord asked if he could administer to the child. The dad agreed. The servant prayed, asking for the blessings of the Lord, and in complete calmness and peace walked forward and administered to the child. The devil flew out, and the child immediately fell asleep in her dad's arms.

This was the first time in weeks that the child slept. And when the child woke, she was her normal self again, would dress properly, ate normally, and was in her right mind, a bright beautiful child!
