There was once a Raven. It was big and strong and flew very fast and high. One day the Raven flew so high, riding the air currents, enjoying itself so much that it drifted off into dreamland. As the Raven daydreamed, enjoying the feeling of the wind, gliding along, his right wing said to the left wing: I am more important than you. The left wing took offence to that, and said: If you are more important, then you do things yourself! And the left wing stopped moving. The Raven turned and twisted and started to fall. The bird came out of dreamland when it realized it was falling. It saw that its wings were arguing with each other over who was more important. One wing would say: I am stronger than you. The other wing would say: I flap faster than you. One wing would say: I have a little bit longer reach than you. And the other would say: My feathers are prettier than yours. And these types of arguments, these little petty things continued, until the bird fell all the way to the ground, and was injured. The arguments of the wings did not stop, but the bird did stop. The wings argued with each other over who had killed the bird.
